SAP GROUP REPORTING - Posting of Journal Entry at Subgroup level Only

Good day!

We have requirement in SAP Group Reporting on Journal posting that entry will only be at Sub-Group level and will not roll-up to the Holding or Parent Company. Let say for example our Parent Company is AAA that has two sub-group BBB and CCC. The requirement is for journal entries be posted within subgroup level CCC only and we don't want to roll this up to Parent AAA. Another this issue, they don't want to post the adjustment(reversal) at parent level

May I seek for your thoughts and solution for this if this can be done in SAP GR.

There is a basic feature in Group Reporting which addresses this need: consolidation group dependent postings on posting level (PL) 30. A PL30 posting is only applicable to / considered in the consolidation group it is posted to. Create a consolidation group CCC and post to this consolidation group. 

Prerequisite: new reporting logic.

The best-practice is to have new reporting logic enabled. In public cloud this is mandatory; same for new private cloud, OP installations.
