Hi All!
Our project is migrating from SAP BPC Consolidation to S4 Group Reporting, one of the Dimension in BPC in the Consolidation model is SEGMENT which is a a combination CC+PC.
1. Is there away we can add a Dimension in SAP Group Reporting to transform the combination of CC + PC in S4?
2. Another requirement is if PC in S4 is Blank, how I can populate this field in SAP Group reporting to be NO_PC?

Another requirement is if PC in S4 is Blank, how I can populate this field in SAP Group reporting to be NO_PC - you can achieve this via default values in S4GR.

Dear JayMark
could you considering adding custom field in group reporting and use substitution to combine PC+CC.
Manage Substitution/Validation Rules
as for default profit center, I think it can be achieved by default values and setting up Breakdown Categories

If you don't need partner segment an accounting + GR customer field could also be an option.

Hi @JayMark ,
You can achieve both requirements by Group Reporting Data Collection using Data Mapping, it can work with both ACDOCA and external files as a source.

Hi Mark,
Segment is a separate field in GR, if you can populate this field in S4 using any substitution rules then it will flow to GR.
Null value in Profit center is accepted in ACDOCU table, as far as I know there is no substitution possible in GR while releasing the data from S4, to GR it can be substituted in case of manual journal entries within GR.
