SAP GRC HR trigger BRF plus

Hi all,

I wanted to know what is the use of Loop expression in BRF plus and how the flow works in BRF plus for HR trigger.

Loop will go through the structure Sfec hr triggers Ws through multiple iterations. Each record in the structure corresponds to 1 user. Then the rule 2 is executed where the DT is referred and the resulting Action id is the output

In normal access request workflow BRF ,decision table is only sufficient to give the conditions.

Why is Loop specifically required when HR trigger is used.
