Sap functional and excel edi mapping

Hi everyone, functional SD/MM consultant here. I'm working for a integration project where we're integrating EDI messages. We prepared some excel mappings to send to PI consultant to make interfaces on PI side but he asked us to prepare an excel mapping with mapping rules that contain similar rules like the ones found in the screen. The problem is that we dont have PI structures of the EDI messages, do you know if i can get these somewhere or if i can get these from SAP ECC? Thanks
