Dear Experts,
We are implementing S/4HANA public cloud for our customer, I have question regarding Service module. My customer will use equipment master data with counters or measurement points. The process for the confirmation will be done via SAP Field Service Management on mobile application by the technician. In the integration list between SAP S/4 public cloud & FSM, I didn't see any mention regarding these features.
The customer requirement is : the technician, during his work, has to check the counter or measurement point of the service order's equipment. The technician has to register the value for each counter (the counter should be displayed in FSM) and then the data should be transfered from FSM to S/4 public cloud.
I know that the fonctionnality exists in the service order confirmation but because the customer use FSM, the technician will never navigate in S/4 public cloud for the service confirmation.
Did I missed something ? wthat is the standard process proposed by SAP in this case ? or is it in the road map ?
Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,
The value of counter or other measurements is not supported by the standard integration between SAP Field Service Management and S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
You need add custom fields and custom integration function to make it happen. Both SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP FSM provide APIs that can be utilized to sync data, including custom fields. You may need to implement custom integration logic to bridge the data between the two systems.

Hi,
By standard there is no way to send the counter reading from fsm to s4, however you can use Smartform capability of fsm to record such data and pass on to s4. thanks
