SAP FSM and SSAM 2210 Field Service Technician Persona integration- supported assignment types

Hi All,

What are the supported assignment types for Field Service Technician Persona in SAM 2210, when the jobs are scheduled via FSM planning/scheduling tool? We are looking for operation level (work center/personal no) assignment in Field Service Technician profile.

Hi Asher,

If you are using FSM planning board as a scheduling tool then technicians assigned at Activity level(Operation) will be the supported scenario. But SSAM supports all available assignment types for Field Service technician persona, as long as FSM updates S/4 with proper information on Work order data then SSAM should be able process all the assignment types.
