SAP Fiori - travel request

Hi experts,

Is there a possibility to define in Fiori, that for:

1. Scheme: There a travel request is mandantory.

2. Scheme: Travel request is possible but not mandantory?

This request can't be solved with authorisation.

Have I missed a setting into SPRO?

Hello Claudia,

With SAP Note 2633200 - Expense reports with/without mandatory travel request the new attribute SNR has been delivered for feature TRVPA for activating a new functionality that fullfills this requirement.

If the function is activated:

• travel schemas which allow overlapping can be created from the scratch, but also based on a travel request
• travel schemas which do not allow overlapping can only be used when an expense reports is created based on a travel request. Otherwise the user will see an error message
