Why the exception messages difference between MD04/table MDTB and BAPI ？

Hello @Xiaoguang 

First, you mustn't compare exceptions in the MDTB table with stock/requirements list. MDTB stores MRP lists. Even though they look very similar MRP lists and stock/requirements lists are two fundamentally different functionalities.

Second, your current stock is zero and is below the safety stock of 1. Therefore you definitely need the POItem and you need to execute it as fast as possible. So the exceptions in MD04 are correct. You should not cancel the POItem as the exception 20 in MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API advises. To me it looks like a bug in MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API, I would report that to SAP support.
