How do you remove delivery with scanned serialized equipment from shipment number in SAP EWM p36.

Customer has 3 orders…let’s say work order 1,2,3. 1,2 and 3 are assigned to shipment A. Customer calls to cancel work order 2 after everything has been picked and scanned. There is serial equipment and non serialized part within work order 2. Is there anyway to easily remove work order 2 without have to unscanned everything within shipment A?
