SAP Demo Environment 2.0 not working in SAP S/4 Hana Public cloud edition in SAP FSM

Hi Experts,

We are following SAP Field Service Management with S/4HANA Service( https://content-discovery.int.sap/assets/demo-store/16946?referer=%2Fview%2Fafae0018-9b41-4aaf-af3f-...

But when we enter the product id as per the script " MZ-SV-P0009 " we are getting the below error:

Could you please let us know how to resolve this or to raise it on which platform so that this can be resolved.
