Hello Experts,
We are using SAP Customer Checkout Version CCO_2.0_FP13_SP05 with SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.191) FP 2202 as backend system.
The synchronisation of items from B1 to CCO is ok, but when we check the sales reports in SAP Customer Checkout Manager there are incoherences between items codes and name for example in the report we have item 'A0001' with description 'A' but in SAP B1 item 'A0001' have description 'B'.
So we checked the "articles" tiles in SAP Customer Checkout Manager the total of items is not the same as SAP B1 and some items have not the right description.
My question is where do the items in SAP Customer Checkout Manager are from ? and is it possible to update them in mass to match the items in SAP B1 ?
Thanks in advance.

Hallo Mélissa
First of all you are using a very old version of SAP Customer Checkout.
The latest version is Feature Pack 20.
If you are connected with SAP BusinessOne and sync your article from SAP BusinessOne in SAP Customer Checkout then the articles in SAP Customer Checkout manager plays no role. The articles are automatically created when a receipt is posted in SAP Customer Checkout manager. These articles are created just to satisfy some database dependency. They are not updated after that. Also only those articles gets created when are part of any receipt. Others articles are never created.
Hence no updates are happening. If you need to update them for any reporting reasons, then manual update or update using our API needs to be done by you.
Hope it helps.

And can you explain me how to do the manual update in the API ?
You need to use our documentation and there swagger is mentioned. You can use the API's mentioned there for article updates.
There is also a training in Dubai in November 2025. You can also attend that to learn about all these.
