SAP COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT INITIAL DATA TRANSFER FROM AR to collection worklist.

We are in the process of extending collections management to some of our other jurisdictions. In cloud we have a confusion that how we can transfer existing customer line items (Initial data transfer) from AR to collections management so that the items are visible in collection worklists.

In SAP ECC we used to have a program (FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS ) to run and it transfers all data from AR to collections. Can we please have a confirmation on how to do the same in SAP public cloud . Do we schedule a job ? if yes than what is the job name ? as i have checked in collection management jobs and could not find any relevant job. Can this be confirmed asap as we will have our  Go live that is due soon on hold because of this.

Sending of FI-AR-Relevant Data to Collections Management is done automatically by a background job(FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS) running daily in update mode and weekly run in rebuild mode. This is a standard system behaviour. There will be an interim period where these credit memos will still show up in the App Process Receivables. After the next run of the rebuild invoice memory, the entries should be gone.
