Dear all,

We're faced with the challenge of implementing S/4HANA Public Cloud for a group of companies (10+) in various countries (5+). We want to manage all implementations in one project in Cloud ALM. Can someone please advise me on how to best set this project up in Cloud ALM using the most appropriate settings for this use case?

Your support and help is much appreciated!

Best regards,

Manuela (net new SAP S/4H Cloud customer)

Hi Manuela,

it depends a bit on what you want to share across the companies. Are they using the different processes or are these separate or parallel roll outs of the same processes?

e.g. you can have a scope (e.g. finance) which has country tags and you use the releases to roll it out to the different companies. For company specific documentation or test cases you can also use tags or naming conventions.

please also have a look into the best practice guide: https://support.sap.com/content/dam/support/en_us/library/ssp/alm/sap-cloud-alm-for-implementation/I...

we can also have a chat on this: since.seidler@sap.com

Cheers
