SAP CfTE Lotus Notes Integration

Hi SAP CfTE Experts,

Based from the available documentations (Integration Guide,Master Guide and others), SAP CfTE is integrated/partnered with MS Outlook.

Our client needs to know if there is a feasibility to integrate the SAP CfTE system with Lotus Notes.

Is there a document out there or any plans of having this considered in near time?

Hi Irvin,

there is no "special" integration from CfTE to Outlook.

E-mails sent from CfTE can be displayed in the Lotus Notes e-mail client and can be sent from Lotus notes to the CfTE system.

Meeting requests can also be sent from Lotus Notes to the CfTE system to create expense reports. But since Lotus Notes doesn't support multi-day events as a single calendar entry (up to my knowledge), you won't be able to create an expense report for the whole trip duration using a meeting request.
