SAP Cash Application Job for Automatic account statement post-processing shows error message:

• The proposal service is not available. There are no open items.

The job which is running daily stopped working. While the BTP Cockpit does not show any errors or broken connections.

Any idea how to proceed?

Hi SebastianB,

The error indicate that there are no open customer items (invoices) in BTP system.
As Cash Application's Automatic Bank Statement Reprocessing job is aiming to match the bank statement item towards invoice(s), you would need to send the same scope of open invoices, typically same company code.

So the order of the jobs would be:

1. Execute job to Send customer open items 
2. Execute job to do Automatic Bank Statement Reprocessing.
