Hello SAP Support Team,
We have identified a reporting limitation in SAP Business One related to Business Partner (BP) location-based outstanding data.
In documents like Incoming Payments, Outgoing Payments, BP Opening Balances, and Journal Vouchers, there is no option to select the Business Partner location. However, in marketing documents such as AP Invoices, AR Invoices, Deliveries, GRPOs, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes, the BP location field is available.
Many of our clients require reports like General Ledger, Aging Reports, and Outstanding Reports to be filtered or segmented by BP location. Due to the absence of BP location tagging in financial transactions, we are currently unable to generate such reports accurately from the system.
We would like to know:
Is there any standard functionality or recommended workaround to fulfill this requirement?
Can this feature be considered for future enhancement in SAP Business One?
Your guidance or suggestions on how to address this reporting gap would be highly appreciated.
