I have a client who currently has volume and discount pricing. The current pricing is at 1K, 2K, 5K, 10K, 50K and 100K. This is working fine.
The problem I have is that they want to update these prices but skip the 2K level so the update file has 1K, 5K, 10K, 50K and 100K. When I attempt to update the prices DTW is throwing an error because the 2K is missing from the import SPP2 import template.
If I try run an import with fake 2K prices the system updates fine so it seems to be that the fact that there is a 2K in SAP and not one in the import template is causing the problem.
Is there a way to remove all of the current 2K prices so the import will work properly? Is there a way to update the price lists removing the 2K pricing and then importing in the new prices?
