SAP Business One License API is available?

I need to capture hardwarekey logged in with indirect users. However, they do not have access to the sap screen. Then I found the method "GetHardwareKey "from the" SAP Business One License API "but I can't find this DLL anywhere to be added to my project, is it still available in SAP 9.3?

Yes, but all files are being resized to "Page not found!".
