SAP Business One Integration Service authentication error

I want to get dashboard in sales but when i enabled cockpit the below error is being displayed. Plz help me solving this error.

"SAP Business One Integration Service authentication failed. Log off from the application; then log on and try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

Please check section 3.1 from SAP Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1619422 to resolve this issue.
