SAP Business One field mapping with FSM Cloud

Hi Experts,

We are trying to find out how can we map the user defined field/ Standard fields with SAP Business One from SAP FSM. There is one standard field called as "Serial No."  for service call in SAP Business One which we are not getting in SAP FSM.

We would like to know where and how to do the configurations, is it in  FSM Cloud connector or SAP Business One side.

Could you please let us know how to achieve it to resolve the issue.

Hi, How is the integration developed with B1 and FSM, if it is via CPI the mapping has to be done in cpi respective iflow, let me know more details about the integration. thanks

Hi Supriya,

only specific default fields from SAP B1 are synchronized to FSM cloud.
If there are fields you'd like to have at FSM, you have to add an influence entry or create an UDF.

UDFs are always synchronized to FSM Cloud.
