Hi Expert

When I logoff the sap business one 10.0 PL02, There is an error messageSAP Business One.Exe - Entry Point Not Found

OS:windows 2019

SAP: SAP BUSINESS ONE 10.0 PL02 SQL

CRYSTAL Report 2016SP7

How to solve it , Do you have any ideas to deal with it?

I had clean and re-install the crystal 2016 SP7 , but there is another issues:Could not load file or assembly 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine, Version=13.0.3500.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=692fbea5521e1304' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas for that , Thanks

zhiliangyang, Usually the registry is not removed.

From HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\,

Double click on the PendingFileRenameOperations and delete it.
