SAP Business One Electronic Document Service missing two protocols for AvalaraTaxRateProviderClient

SAP Business One Powered by SQL SAP Business One v10 FP240 HF1 trying to get Avalara Tax Rates service working and the protocol connectors were missing after installation of the Electronic Document Service.

 

I reviewed SAP Note 2952067 which discusses editing the appsettings.json file to enable the relevant protocol.  I have copied the original and edited files into the question.  In both files you see the two protocols required: AvalaraTaxRateProviderClient-1 and TaxRateCache-1 in the json files but they do not come with a parameter of Active = True or false.   I tried to add it, but when I did the EDS Dashboard would not launch, so clearly I do not know how to edit.

Any guidance available?  @ANKIT_CHAUHAN
