SAP Business One Cloud - windows security credentials popup

Dear Experts,

We are using the SAP Hosted B1 on Hana. I'm able to login with this user, but he cannot login from his workstation as the Windows Security credentials window keeps on popping up, not allowing him to access B1.

Steps to login:

1. Use the URL and enter his SAP Username and Password

• 

2. He will select the correct Service Unit

• 

3. He will select the B1 application and it will initiate a RDP connection download, which he will click

• 

4. Then the Windows Security credentials window pops up. He will enter the same SAP Username and Password, hit Enter, then the popup pos up again. And Again.

• 

I have looked at the admin guide and it did not elaborate on this credentials.... Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

You have to use the following prefix at Windows Security - Enter your credentials pop up window:

CLOUD\Username
