Hello,
We have upgrade SAP Business One to SP 2308 version 10 , when we log in to the B1 client white screen appears and the toolbar on the top. No menu or KPI screen appears. Any ideas about that issue?

Our development team is aware about an issue where Fiori-Style Cockpit is blank sometimes with version 10.0 FP 2202, FP 2202 HF 01, FP 2208, FP 2305, and FP 2308.
The issue is documented in SAP Note 3386924 which will be released soon.
Workaround:
A. If you have enabled live collaboration, go to Administration → System Initialization → General Settings → Service tab, deselect Enable Live Collaboration. The possibility of this issue would be lower.
B. Go to Administration → System Initialization → General Settings → Cockpit tab, switch to Cockpit or None, so you can work with the old style of menus.
If you would like to follow up on the issue, kindly create an incident for SAP Business One Support Team.

@ANKIT_CHAUHAN One of our customers is reporting this behaviour on SP2311 - should that not be happening or is it still an issue?

It still appears to be an issue in the latest patch.
You can create an incident for the follow up. Please mention about SAP Note 3459887 (yet to be released) while creating the incident.
