SAP Business One , Android Mobile troubleshooting is not working

Dear all,

After deploy the certificate into mobile, SAP mobile application is not working. During troubleshooting - B1 Mobile (Android), I am facing error and it's relevant snap attached. 

Kindly suggest.

Please provide screenshot of mobile app troubleshooting tool, to show what value you have entered for company database.

Hi Nidhi,

As per your last feedback, company database DI and JDBC test connection is successful from B1if -> SLD , both are working fine and showing success result.  In troubleshooting window, All are seems fine but I am not able to connect the Mobile application. 

I am not able to connect like To check access to integration framework in Web browser on device, enter https://DPC50:8443.

In mobile app troubleshooting too, please check if you have defined company database correctly. If yes then please check if company database DI and JDBC test connection is successful from B1if -> SLD.
