SAP Business Bydesign service requests follow-up report

Dear SAP Experts,

I was looking for a report in SAP Bydesign that shows the service requests that were created as a follow up from the original service request but can't find one.
Although follow-up documents appears in the Changes tab when viewing a service request , but I cannot find a report that extracts all service requests in one place.
I have found a data source (Data Source: Service Request History), which shows all service request, but it doesn't show the relationship between the original request and those which have been created as a follow up.

Could you provide me a feedback or solution about this?

This Knowledge Base Article will help you to locate sources which provides an overview of all the Data Sources and Characteristics available for reporting in SAP Business ByDesign. This information is particularly helpful if you are trying to create custom Data Sources, Reports or if you want to find out if it is possible to report on a specific UI Field.
