I am trying to integrate Business By Design with Successfactors, I performed configurations. While checking the connectivity in Communication Arrangement, I receive the error "Error accessing service; Service Ping ERROR: Internal Server Error (500)" and I do not have any clue about this error and could not get any documentation.
Any guidance on this would be helpful.
Request clarification before answering.
May happen because Technical Users lock So should go check and enter the login webservice again
