SAP B1 - with Bartender Drivers are not working from Remote Desktop

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if someone had the same problem with this Bartender driver that is not working from the remote desktop connection. When the SAP B1 Client and the printers are installed on a local computer, we can print without problem; but when we try working with a remote desktop connection on the server where we have installed the SAP B1 Client and the printers, it is not working, and we get the following message:

I believe the issue is not directly linked with SAP Business One.

The client machine and remote server are on two different networks, right?

Are you able to print a test print using client machine?

It is working on a local computer, but we need to work from a remote Desktop. Yes, we are available to print test pages from Remote Desktop; but when we tried printing any label with SAP B1 got the message of error. </div>
