SAP B1 Sale App is automatically kick out.

Hi SAP Community,

I have test two devices when i trying to login to SAP B1 Sale App is automatically kick out. when other user is login but use difference user code.

here is my cases : i have 2 users s001 and s002.

1. When i logged on user s001 it is working fine.
2. but if I trying to login on user s002 then user s001 will automatically kicked.

could anyone explain me why, Thanks you.

Please reinstall the sales ap and check again.

If still having issue, please create incident using component SBO-MOB-SAL to check issue further.
