SAP B1 Sale App is automatically kick out.

Hi SAP Community,

I have test two devices when i trying to login to SAP B1 Sale App is automatically kick out. when other user is login but use difference user code.

here is my cases : i have 2 users s001 and s002.

1. When i logged on user s001 it is working fine.
2. but if I trying to login on user s002 then user s001 will automatically kicked.

could anyone explain me why, Thanks you.

This issue is caused by the B1 user session kick off feature and already documented in SAP Note 2267084 -> Section 5 -> Point C

In B1 client, license server is used for session control. One normal user can only establish one session at one time. manager user can have two sessions can be at the same time.

In License server, there is a process when this user is connected from B1 client, B1 client will keep on poll session to license server. License server will know how many sessions are connected to it. When the client is closed, poll session will stop.

But in mobile service there is no such process, mobile service will only call sboconnect to connect to license server. Sboconnect will kick off the other session automatically.

Kindly make sure that there is no connected sessions with the SAP Business One client or any other SAP Business One related application.

I have already re-check it and there is no connection session on both user above. only for B1 Sale App.
