SAP B1 Mass Inventory Revaluation using Standard Cost

I updated all of my resource amounts. I would like to go update the value of all of my inventory items. Is there an easy way for me to do this? Thank you in advance.

Hi Michael,

One easy way to do this:

1. Put all necessary item codes in an Excel column, all necessary warehouse codes into the next column, and all corresponding cost prices (value / pcs) in the next column.
2. In the B1 client open the Material Revaluation form (Inventory > Inventory Transactions > Material Revaluation).
3. Copy all the item codes in the Excel file. Please note, do not select the entire column, just select the cells with item codes in them.
4. Paste the codes into the Item no. field (1):
   

   

5. Copy all warehouse codes from the Excel and paste them into the Whse column (2)

6. Copy all cost prices from Excel and paste them into the New Cost column (3).

7. Add the Inventory Revaluation document.
