SAP B1 HANA (10.00.280 FP2502) – Invalid Username or Password Issue

Hi all,

I have installed SAP Business One version for HANA (10.00.280) FP2502. However, when I attempt to log in to the SAP B1 client, I receive the following error:

"We are sorry... Invalid username or password."

To resolve this, I have already reviewed and attempted the solutions provided in the following SAP Notes:

• SAP Note 3274346

• SAP Note 3339938

• SAP Note 3251679

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered and successfully resolved this problem? Any guidance would be appreciated. (Screenshot is attached below)

I found this note https://me.sap.com/notes/3598058/E, which says that version SP2505 fixes this issue, which apparently stems from users creating their code in uppercase.

I'm going to see if updating to this version fixes the situation.
