SAP B1 HANA (10.00.280 FP2502) – Invalid Username or Password Issue

Hi all,

I have installed SAP Business One version for HANA (10.00.280) FP2502. However, when I attempt to log in to the SAP B1 client, I receive the following error:

"We are sorry... Invalid username or password."

To resolve this, I have already reviewed and attempted the solutions provided in the following SAP Notes:

• SAP Note 3274346

• SAP Note 3339938

• SAP Note 3251679

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered and successfully resolved this problem? Any guidance would be appreciated. (Screenshot is attached below)

Hi Javokhir_Isroilov 

Please check if below steps helps:

1. - Open the Windows Registry Editor, Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP\SAP Manage\SAP Business One. Right-click the SAP Business One key, select New → DWORD (32-bit) Value, name the new DWORD as "CockpitStartTime", set the value to 10 in decimal, and restart SAP Business One.
   - If the issue still is not resolved, incrementally increase the value of "CockpitStartTime" to 20, then 30.
2. Disable the cockpit.
3. You can try work with Single Sign On (SSO) with no issues.
4. Latest workaround with using the lowercase username.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the same version: FP 2502. I followed Nidhi Singh's recommendations and the problem persists.

Hi @nidhisingh14, I have followed steps but problem stays same. What do you recommend to do?
