Hello, everyone,

I have an error in EDS when generating the xml and I can't solve it.

400 : Invalid request parameters (DBHost, DBName, Protocol, MappingID) Company `XXXXX`:`XXXXX` not exists or not available from EDS or does not contain Mapping with ID `XXXXXXXXXX'

Hi Rodolfo_Rabelo,

As you appear to use the EDS relevant connector, can you tell us if you are able to access the EDS dashboard and you are able to see the relevant database listed and relevant protocol connectors are available?

Can you check the issue again after restarting the Service Layer and EDS?

Hi Ankit.

Thank you for your help, just for information.

I found the solution by following steps 1 and 2 below:

1.Check if SL is working correctly.

KBA 3281014 - How to Check Service Layer is Functioning as Expected

2. If still the same problem, then perform a clean uninstall -reinstall of the Service Layer and EDs components.

If SQL, follow KBA 3288811 - How to Perform a Clean Uninstallation of Service Layer and EDS

If HANA, follow SAP note 2538555 - How to Perform Clean Reinstall of SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA Server Components

3.Makes sure to have all set for Italy Loc. See SAP notes attached.

4.If the above does not help, please help collect EDS logs:

SAP Note 3034774 - EDS Related Information and of Logs to Help Troubleshoot EDS Related Issues When Handling Electronic Documents.
