SAP B1 Browser Service is unavailable, Contact your system administrator.

SAP B1 browser service stops working and gives error "Service is unavailable. Contact your system administrator." when we click on any alert. This only started happening after the upgrade to the latest version, 10.0 FP2405. When we create a new user, it works fine, but for the existing users, we are getting errors every time a new alert is clicked. Attached is a screenshot of the error.
