Hello all,

It is really annoying when archiving wizard shows warning like this picture :

what a bad erp product

jimmy_michel_0-1730019394317.png

Others users are currently connected to the database meanwhile in the access log, there is only one user logged in.. what kind of alert it is...

I don't understand why the the developer or programmer that developed the archive wizard function could not understand this erp product flows. He/She might be sleepy or not skillful...

The solution for me to solve this is to detach the db which it means that I must restart the archive wizard. what a f00l developer of sap b1

Rgds,

Hi Jitin,

I have read the sap kba 3480205 but still not solved. Do I have to uninstall the SAP B1 Browser Access Gatekeeper ?

no fiori or no webpage of sap b1 is used.

Hello, in my case for the error of connected user: I had to stop the Runtime Broker via Taskmanager to solve. For the message of Backup: after doing it via SQL, I went 1 step back (to 4) in Archiving Process as Refresh and then again to 5. so it worked. Regards, Iris
