SAP B1 approval updating

Hi Team,

I have sap B1 10. sql and need one requirement

We are using approvals for sales order whenever add new and after update the document. In this scenario we can update "remark" field at any time, approval is not required for this particular field update.

I have created one more udf with name "remarks2" for update some other information's. But when we update remarks2 Sales order going for again approval. We need to avoid this.

Remarks and remark2 field we need to update any time and no need of approval.

Rest of the all fields updating required approval process.

Can any one give one solution or if any query required for approval condition mention that also. Please help

There is a Solution you can follow .

Uncheck :- Enable Updating the Document Generated/Updated by Approval Process

Then try!!
