SAP B1 application shuts down unexpectedly after clicking one customized UDF dropdown list in items master data.

SAP B1 version 9.3 PL14

SQL Server 2012

Windows Server 2008 R2

Any idea what could be the reason.

To find out what is the cause of the crash, please try below

1- Remove all valid values, if it works then it means there are some valid values causing issues

2- Check all the FMS on the form, no FMS trigger should be dependent on this field. Sometimes there are other FMS which cause issue

3- Try to create a new UDF with the same name and valid values in test DB and see is it really UDF name

4- Remove all the add-ons and try, if it works then it means some add-on is causing the crash

Above solution seems applicable but meanwhile i have recived reply from SAP on my support ticket and they have confirmed taht this is known issue in version 9.3 PL14 and it is fixed already in version 10.0 FP2008. So we are going to upgrade our current version to latest release.
