SAP B1 Analytics Portal: Russian language error

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP Business One 10 PL2011, version for SAP HANA and SAP Crystal Reports 2016 SP7.

We have a Report which is in the Russian language. As can be seen from the screenshot below, it can be viewed without any problem inside SBO.

Also, when exported to PDF - everything is fine too.

But, when viewing this exact same report in Analytics Portal, the Russian letters are represented as '???'

Also, the problem persists when exported to pdf.

How is it possible to fix this?

Dear shak9828,

It appears that you are having the same scenario as mentioned in SAP Note 2512420.

Kindly apply the workaround mentioned in the SAP Note and test the issue again.
