SAP B1 - Analytical Portal Failed to send Report by email

Hi Experts !!

We re running SAP B1 on HANA Version 10.00 FP 2305.

And we have configured the "Analytical Portal " and schedule the reports to run and email. But we are getting below error and it does not send any emails.

"Generated report file successfully, but failed to send to by email, error detail is Can't send command to SMTP host."

We have setup the alerts (Customized query results) to email and those are working fine.

Where we check the "Job Service Configuration and Test the Email configuration it give Test result as OK " and same has been configured on General setting. ( Refer screenshots )

Can you advice what could be the issue on this.

Hi prageethwanigasuriya

Please check the below points:

1. Kindly check with the Email provider to confirm if their configuration is correct.

2. They can try check and configure their current SMTP configuration with any third party Email client to see if the configuration is correct.

3. In case if the settings are correct then try to use the same email address for the SAP Business One User, please make sure the address should be from the same Email domain.
