SAP B1 9.3 Crash after installing a new version of addon

Hi Guys

oni SAP 9.3 Pl 04 and > 04 If I install a new version of my addon it works on PC where I've installed from SAP Addon administration .... but on every other PC when I restarted SAP it crashes until I cancel *.sbo files

Any hints?
