SAP B1 9.2 license not longer visible

Hello,

We had to change the server IP address. Since then, we can't login anymore into SAP B1. There is no license visible in the license manager. The b1-local-machine.xml file says localhost:30000 as LicenseServer. Service Manager -> License Manager says "localhost port 30000". But in SAP, Administration -> License -> License Administration, it says "localhost port 40000".

SDL is mapped to localhost:40000 in the xml conf file.

how can I fix this problem?

Hi,

You must get a new license key in the following situations:

• You have a new or upgraded installation of SAP Business One.

• The hardware key changes.

  The hardware key may change when the computer host name or domain changes (including removing from and adding back to the same domain).

• The current license key expires.

• Licenses are required for additional users or components.
