We have configured the SAP B1 system to show debit balance in negative sign and credit balance positive sign by using default configuration in the SAP B1 9.1 PL05.
In the Company Details>Basic Initialization> untick: Display Credit Balance with Negative Sign as default
However, in the Trial Balance shows Debit Balance as Credit and Credit Balance as Debit, so debit and credit balance is incorrectly shown..
Solution is; rename the column header in the Trial Blance

maybe it shows a negative balance because of the opening balance, to include this opening balance in the trial balance, at the trial balance selection criteria, check the opening balance for the period box.

Hello Sajith,
I would recommend to explore your trial balance with more level such 10. Thereafter try to track which ledger account under the Non-Current and Current assets head is missed matched. Once you track the account which is missed matched, you may open the general ledger report for that respective account and track the entries hitting that account. You may be able to track the issue resulting in mis-match of trial balance amount.
Hope it will help you.
Regards,
Kuldeep
