Sap Asset Transfer using ABUMN

Hi SAP gurus.Im getting this error message when i try do assets transfer  in a company Code.I had thought Transaction type and Transfer vsraints are standard SAP Standard.What could be the issue.

Hi,

you receice the error that transaction type 320 cannot be used for acquisition from intercompany. But transaction type 320 is for the retirement part of the transfer.

Therefore it seems to be an issue with the transfer variant you are using. Which one do you use within ABUMN?

If you have unchanged SAP standard customizing please try variant 4 - "Transfer within a company code".

Hi,

this looks good to me.

There are two sap notes with background information about the customizing. Maybe they will help you with this issue. They helped me a lot with transfer issues in the past.

327088 - Definition of the delivered transfer variants

The Variant Screen shot is correct .
