Good afternoon.
We are on our first SAP Asset Manager project and we would like to know how to "hide" or "show" standard fields in the mobile application. Also, we would like to know how to make the fields optional/mandatory for the mobile user.
Thank you very much in advance community!
Request clarification before answering.
You can use the "Enabled", "Visible" or something related property to show/hide the field depending on the property and field type. You can also find examples of making the properties optional/mandatory using the Validation Rule. Take a look at the Work order create page example

Good afternoon Muhammad, we have deactivated all the fields of the "property list", on another occasion we have been marking them as creatable, updateable, classifiable, nullable... etc without seeing changes in the application. They are not displayed or removed. We have not achieved this either by disabling the navigation properties. Please, can you help us with your indications to know when a field is activated/deactivated so that it appears or not in the mobile application?
I also haven't found any examples of how to make properties optional/required using the validation rule. Where is the sample work order creation page?
Thank you very much!!
WorkOrderCreateUpdateRequired.action is an example where you can check the "RequiredFields" property. That should give you an insight of how to create fields required/optional. For the first question, I am not following what you are trying to do so maybe attach the example of the metadata you are editing and the screenshot of the result you are seeing.
