SAP Asset Manager - Enabling Long Text Template

Hello,

Going through latest features available in 2210 version of SSAM, I came across 'Enabling Long Text Template' feature. I have below questions related to the feature -

a. What are the perquisite configuration to enable the configuration ?

b. Is this feature only limited to Notification or is it available for Work Order as well ?

Hello Jay Patel,

You need to create a template in the backend so, the LongTextTemplates entity set will have a record that will help to enable the Lang text template under Notification add (Only limited to the notification).

you may need customization for the Work order.

Could you please provide the configuration /backend steps to be followed to default the long text template in notification.
