SAP Asset Manager 2405 – Extend Device Login Session Timeout to 60 Days

Hi Experts,

I’m working on SAP Asset Manager 2405, and I have a requirement to extend the device login session timeout. In the existing setup, if a user does not log in to the device for around 2 weeks, the app automatically requires them to log in again. However, the requirement is to increase this timeout period to 60 days, so that the user stays logged in for up to 60 days without needing to re-authenticate, provided the app is not removed or logged out manually.

Is there a setting or configuration that allows adjusting this session duration?

Did you change the passcode policy in the BTP mobile service? There is the Expiration time frame under the passcode policy that you can check and set to 60 days to test if it works.
