SAP Asset Manager 2105 - Client crashes on click on Map page or Coordinates

Dear Team,

Hope you all are doing fine!!

We have deployed SAP Asset Manager 2105 along with addon components Asset Central, Quality Management and Crew Management.

The end to end application is working fine. However I am facing an issue with the Map page From the overview page and Side bar menu page , when we click on Map section, it navigates to the Map page and then the application crashes. Sometimes it opens and the coordinates are displayed , but when we select a coordinate then the application crashes.This works fine , when we are navigating to the map from Workorder/Equipment/Function locations/ Notification page
I am testing the application in Android Mobile device and standard client downloaded from Google play store.Anyone faced this issue? Can anyone guide me how can I solve this issue

Hi Neha,

Can you start by getting the crash logs from your Android device? There might be some useful information in there. You can use this guide here - https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000017058
