Sap analytics cloud Excel add in routes to white screen after login

Hi all, 

i'm trying to sign in to SAC Excel add-in,

after adding the add-in to excel , i enter the SAC home url and click go 

afterwards i continue to microsoft sign in pop up, signing in with the same SAC user email.

after signing in, a new window opens in the browser, but it's empty.
this is what is in the console :

the first link addresses something else, the login screen does work but afterwards opens an empty web page without completing the login.
the second link addresses display of wrong data

so currently not solved.

b.t.w i'm using microsoft EDGE as the browser
