SAP 9.2 Web Browser Access Production Order Print Issue with Logo

Hey all,

Having a small issue. I edited the default Production Order template within SAP B1 9.2 and everything prints perfectly except the logo [when accessing B1 via web browser]. When I access the same production orders by remote desktop or other remote applications on the actual server side system the logo prints fine. This is the case for print preview AND directly printing to pdf.

The issue is only with the logo and only from the web browsers. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Hi Jaz Parmar,

Did you try on 9.2 PL03 or lower patch?

Please see note 2333782, this was a limiation in Browser Access and it has been fixed in PL03.
